1. Subscription & Plugin Terms — WP Cloner
Note: These terms govern plugin purchases and subscriptions.
1.1 Subscription & Renewals
WP Cloner is sold as an annual subscription, as described during checkout. By purchasing on WPsiteCloner.com, you acknowledge:
- You may be charged an initial signup fee (if applicable) and the first subscription term at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You can cancel at any time; however, updates and support are only provided while your subscription is active.
- We may adjust pricing or subscription terms at any time, but such changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
1.2 PayPal Users:
PayPal does not automatically update subscription changes made on our site.
- If you cancel here, you must also cancel the recurring payment directly in PayPal to stop future charges.
- Canceling PayPal first will automatically cancel your subscription on our site.
1.3 Refund Policy
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FOR AN ORIGINAL PURCHASE, RENEWAL PAYMENT, IF THE REFUND REQUEST IS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THAT PAYMENT BEING MADE.
IMPORTANT: We cannot refund a transaction if you have reported it to your bank as fraudulent. Please contact us first here.
Your license will be invalidated and deactivated immediately on submission of a refund request, and all future auto-renewals for that license will be canceled immediately.
- All sales are final. If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll work to resolve it to the bes of our ability
- Refunds are honored only within the plugin’s specific money-back guarantee period.
- No refunds on renewal billing cycles.
- If refunded, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the plugin.
1.4 Delivery & Licensing
- Plugins are electronically delivered upon purchase.
- You receive a non-exclusive license to use WP Cloner per the terms described at purchase.
1.5 Payment Security
We use third-party, SSL-encrypted payment processors (e.g., Stripe + Woo) to handle purchases securely.
By placing a secure order on WPsiteCloner.com, you understand that all purchases for a digital subscription will be billed an initial amount for the sign-up fee (if applicable) and the first period of the membership; and that you will be billed automatically for subscription renewals unless you cancel your product subscription. You can cancel at any time. You also acknowledge that updates and support will only be provided for as long as your subscription is active.
2. WP Cloner – Support Policy
TLDR; we provide support for all issues directly related to our software to customers with currently active product subscriptions (according to the stated limits and restrictions below).
We provide support for paying customers with active subscriptions for issues directly related to our software.

Support Limitations:2.1 We do not provide any support for our products being used on any websites or platforms which, in our sole discretion:
- Infringe on anyone else’s rights or freedoms (for example, but not limited to copyright).
- Websites that violate laws, infringe copyrights, serve illegal and/or distribute malicious software, promote adult content or sex-related merchandising, or contain abusive/harassing material.
- Because these terms are acknowledged and agreed to with every purchase through our site, we are not obligated to provide a refund in cases where the above conditions apply and we’re therefore unable to provide support. However, if the purchase was recent, we often are willing to refund in those cases.
2.2 We do not provide free support for:
- Free products (e.g. support on WordPress.org forums may be given informally, but is not guaranteed).
- Issues caused by outdated versions of WordPress, outdated plugins, or other third-party plugins.
- General WordPress troubleshooting, custom coding, or unrelated technical issues.
- Past versions of our plugin(s) may not contain current improvements and fixes.
2.3 Response Times:
- We aim to respond within 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee it.
- “Extensive support” (more than 30 minutes of troubleshooting or 5+ back-and-forth emails) is not included in standard support.
2.4 Extended Support Rates:
While we will do our best to resolve issues related specifically and independently to WP Cloner, If additional support is needed to troubleshoot, fix, or custom coding, in relation to WordPress, other Plugins, or site issues, we can provide it at $120 USD/hour.
3. Subscription & Update Policy for WP Cloner Customers
- WP Cloner Plugin updates are included with an active subscription.
- Digital subscriptions are billed automatically for renewals and can be canceled at any time.
- If you cancel, you agree to uninstall and delete all copies of the plugin.
4. Website Terms of Use (Public-Facing)
